This particular agency has terrible service!!! In addition to not having the knowledge of the brand, they don't solve things for you and leave them worse! Terrible in everything!!!! I had to take my car to the Coacalco agency where everything was perfect and they solved the issues in 1 hour!

Terrible service, no one answers the phone and when they answer you they talk to you in a hurry. I have not been able to schedule an Appointment for a SERVICE... this in other agencies takes less than 5 minutes.
